My bespoke service is a deeply personalized experience, where your vision meets my passion and expertise to create truly one-of-a-kind stationery. Each hand-painted design is tailored exclusively to your wedding or event, crafted with thoughtful customization at every stage.
Every suite begins with your story. I draw inspiration from the details you love most, weaving them into hand-painted illustrations and custom designs that reflect the essence of your celebration. With care and guidance throughout the process, your ideas evolve into timeless stationery that is uniquely yours.

Use the contact form or send me an email to share the style of stationery you are envisioning, along with any special elements you would like incorporated into the design. The more details you provide, the clearer the picture I’ll have of your ideas, inspirations, and the creative direction for your invitations and stationery. Once I receive your inquiry, I will prepare a tailored pricing proposal and be in touch within 1–2 business days.
BOOKING
There is absolutely no obligation to commit after your consultation. If you decide to move forward, I will send you a contract and we will begin the design process. To reserve your spot in my schedule, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance will be due after final design approval and before printing.

I love creating invitations that reflect the unique personality of each client. The process begins with your vision—whether it is hand-painted florals, custom illustrations, or a style that truly represents you. Inspiration images and colour palettes are essential to shaping something deeply personal: a magical bespoke design that seamlessly ties into the aesthetic of your wedding. The first stage is dedicated to brainstorming, sourcing materials, and building a mood board.
sketched concepts
Once we have gathered all the inspiration, I will prepare several sketched concepts for you to review. Sketching is a vital part of my design process, as it lays the foundation for your artwork. After you select the direction that resonates most with you, I begin refining the design—with unlimited revisions—until it feels absolutely perfect. Throughout the process, I provide digital mockups so you always have a clear vision of the final look. Together, we will shape and polish every detail into a finished design you’ll love.
illustrations & design phase
Once your concept is chosen, the creative journey truly begins. I hand-paint each element with care, crafting illustrations that can gracefully extend across every piece of your stationery for a seamless, cohesive design. Every detail is created in-house, ensuring authenticity and artistry at every stage. Elegant font pairings, thoughtfully selected for your suite, complete the refined aesthetic.
When your design is finalized, you will receive beautifully prepared digital proofs for approval. Upon your confirmation, production begins—transforming our shared vision into timeless stationery, crafted with precision and artistry.
printing & production
It is time to bring your proofs to life. I personally oversee the entire printing process, an essential part of my creative journey. Over the years, I have carefully researched and selected only the finest printing methods to ensure uncompromising quality for my clients. Each surface texture is chosen to complement my hand-painted artwork, preserving fine details and capturing colours as close as possible to the original painting.
Production typically takes 1–3 weeks from approval to mailing, depending on the printing method. From file submission to the finished pieces, I work closely with my printers to ensure your invitations meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. See some printing techniques available here.

Once the design is finalized, I carefully add every detail you have chosen (ribbon, tissue paper, wax seal, etc), ensuring each piece is perfectly prepared for mailing. For envelope addressing, I offer both hand calligraphy and digital lettering, available in styles ranging from modern scripts to elegant, flourished calligraphy.
DELIVERy & shipping
Your invitations can be mailed with curated postage directly from the historic Palazzo delle Poste in Florence—a truly timeless touch. I personally select stamps from current special editions and limited releases, adding an extra layer of uniqueness to your suite. Reliable international shipping options such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS are also available.
