Copyright & Ownership

All designs and original artwork by Fiammetta Dogi are protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, duplication, or use of any kind without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork, images, digital files, and physical products created and delivered. Artwork may not be used for purposes outside the commissioned project without written consent, which may involve additional fees. Printing with outside vendors is not permitted without prior approval.
Design rights also remain with Fiammetta Dogi for any concepts not selected for development.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and begin design work. The remaining balance is due upon final approval and before printing or shipping. No project will begin without the deposit, and no order will be printed or shipped without full payment.

Timings

Production typically requires 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity, finishes, and approvals. While I cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays, I will always keep you informed of your order’s progress.

Proofreading & Proofs

It is the client’s responsibility to carefully proofread all text (names, dates, addresses, details). I recommend printing proofs at 100% scale for review.
Unlimited digital proof rounds are included until final approval. After approval, any changes will incur a €30 fee per new proof. Please notify me promptly of corrections.

Guest Addresses

Final guest lists must be provided in the required format at the time of order to ensure production deadlines are met.

Print & Colour

Please note that colours on screen may differ from printed results. Digital proofs are for guidance only. Reprints or additional items produced at a later date may vary slightly due to printing processes.

Mistakes

Printing begins only after you have formally approved the final proof. Errors discovered after sign-off are the client’s responsibility, and reprints will be charged in full.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped from Italy via insured courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or similar). Clients are responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, and ensuring accurate delivery information. I am not liable for courier delays, errors, or for items once they have been mailed to your guests.

Promotion & Publicity

I reserve the right to feature designs and photographs in my portfolio, on my website, and on social media, but never before your event has taken place. If you prefer your suite not to be featured, please notify me within 5 working days of order completion.
If my designs are published on social media or in editorials, full credit to Fiammetta Dogi is required. I will credit the wedding photographer, and the client/wedding planner is responsible for ensuring I receive event photos when available.

Cancellation

Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, all sales are final and non-refundable.
