PRICING | How much do your designs cost?
As each project is fully bespoke, I don’t provide set pricing for wedding invitations. Costs vary depending on quantity, number of inserts, printing methods, paper stocks, die-cutting, embellishments (such as foiling or embossing), and finishing touches like wax seals or envelope addressing. Every suite is unique, and quotes are tailored to the specific work required.
PAYMENT | How does payment work?
Once you approve your quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in my calendar, cover design time, and begin sourcing materials.
The remaining balance is due after you approve the final designs and before printing begins. Please note that your final invoice may be adjusted if additional items or sets are requested during the process.
TIMEFRAME | How long does it take?
Production generally takes 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity, finishes, and approval times.
Flat printing: approx. 3 weeks
Letterpress / Foil: approx. 4 weeks
Calligraphy add-on: +2 weeks
PRINT & PAPER | What do you offer?
I work with couples to select the perfect papers and printing methods to match their style and vision, collaborating with experienced printers to guarantee the highest quality. Learn more about the printing methods here.
Can I print the invitations myself?
I recommend booking the full process with me to ensure quality. However, I can provide digital files should you prefer to handle printing independently.
CALLIGRAPHY | Is it all handwritten?
Yes—my calligraphy is hand-written, then digitized for production. I also offer computer calligraphy fonts when suitable.
Do you offer envelope addressing?
Absolutely. To complete your suite, I highly recommend adding envelope addressing services. I collaborate with talented calligraphers, selecting the one whose style best matches the look and feel you wish to achieve.
DELIVERY | How are the invitations shipped?
All materials are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx Priority with tracking. If you prefer another method, I will be happy to arrange it. Shipping costs depend on package weight, delivery speed, and location, and will be added to your final invoice.
PROOFS | Do you offer printed proofs?
Printed proofs are generally not offered, as they would significantly affect production timelines. However, if you would like to receive one, I can arrange it upon request. Please note that this option is quite costly, both for the printing itself and the additional shipping fees involved.
SUPPLIERS | Where are your materials from?
I collaborate with the finest artisans and trusted experts in the field, sourcing paper, foils, ribbons, and wax seals from carefully selected suppliers. Many are based in Italy, while others are internationally renowned for their craftsmanship, ensuring every detail perfectly complements my work.
